       I just talked to a guy who is a lobbyist. According to the rules, all
bills that are not passed by the House are dead as of midnight Friday. The
Dem's will be back Monday. It depends on the affiliation of who you talk to
as to their reaction. They will kill many bills which are needed by Texas
right now.
