 he was! but there were lots of people back in 1984 that were
 really down on him and how terrible he was, but after 20
 plus years now he is regarded as being great. that is the
 point i was making; in 20 to 25 years; how bush is regarded
 may well be quite different than what people are saying now
 just like it is different how Reagan is regarded as opposed
 to what people were saying at the end of his term.
