By "flash passes," I suppose you mean cards that are scanned.   Yeah we use
those at work to get into the building.  Unfortunately our local bus system
is too small and doesn't have enough riders to pay for such a system.  Pity,
as I'm sure it'd save a lot of money in the long run.
