well it would seem that way, but to take the real
estate one has to have execution papers served which
requires that i be able to give the serrif's office a
address where they can serve the papers.
and i need to see the lawyer about a lien since it
appears that no one in the probate courts office seems
to know what kind of lien and how to file that i
qualify to file.
