I know quite a few people who have altered sleeping arrangements. Thrashing
about in your sleep is just one reason. How about those who snore? Yes, I a
delicate and petite flower, snore like a lumber jack! I've woken up on many
occasions to find my hubby in the guest bedroom because as he likes to say,
"The windows were rattling you sored so loud last night." Lots of couples
have twin beds or sleep in separate rooms. My hubby is able-bodied but he
moves around all night long. It drives me nuts! He rubs his legs back and
forth like he's running a race! He's always moving, turning over and
mumbling in his sleep. When it get's bad, I just retreat to the spare room.
So we both leave the bedroom at different times for different reasons. Once
or twice I did punch him in my sleep. Not spasms or anything, I was having
nightmares. So I guess what I'm saying is if you are worried about hurting
someone while you sleep, you can always share a room, if not your bed. I
think there are more people out there with a "Lucy and Ricky" set up than you
realize. - Be Well: Denise.
