Mike's right! After my stroke, I went to Craig Hospital, which taught a
self-defense course. Chair users may have more tools at their disposal, but
there was one guy with a TBI who got around on Canadian crutches who got
really good at using them for self defense.

A friend who's a right hemi (I know, it's not PC, or even people first
language, but...) took Tae Kwan Do and got pretty good at self defense, and
it helped a lot with his general balance and coordination.

Kendall

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress
depends on the unreasonable man.

-George Bernard Shaw 1856-1950
