Ken,

Janet got a pump about a year ago, and it's worked fairly well for her.  She
was getting over-medicated on oral baclofen, but the pump doses work
relatively well.  If the oral was causing nausea or other symptoms for
you, ITB might not be the way to go.

She's also got tendonitis symptoms that sound quite a bit like what you've
described in the past.  She hoped the pump would help some with that, by
reducing the spasticity in her arms, but it hasn't.  Have you found anything
that's helped with your tendonitis?
