This is such a weird nitpicky little question, but it's been bothering me.
What's the proper way to pronounce cerebral palsy?  Is it SARA-bral,
ce-REE-bral, or SEER-abral?  It probably doesn't matter, but I'd like to be
able to speak about my own condition intelligently.  Thanks!
