Hi Kathy,

Neither guns, knives, bombs nor cars are lethal on their own - but
put in the hands of people - they can and do kill - So, perhaps we should
say people are lethal weapons and cars, knives, guns etc - their innocence
victims??? Whether you like it or not - when you get behind the wheel - the
car ceases being harmless. Accidentally, killing or maiming someone -
doesn't make them any less dead or mangled. I am sure the woman whose body
was dismembered and parts scattered down the street when she was hit by a
speeding car in DC, isn't going to contest the manslaughter charge the
driver of the car will face. And its people not thinking about a cars
ability to kill that makes it so dangerous. Police officers and emergency
people see alot of what happens when cars are misused!!

                                Brightest Blessings
                                        Trisha
