this hapepens. i have arthritus in lower back and hips, so i have some pain
most of the time, but in these cases certain muscles go  into spasm mode and
for a while i can't straihten up i can walk onlt bent over. eventually i get
more and more straighened up and over the days or weeks, i finally get over
it. doctors, my wife got mad that i did not go to one yesterday. but, they
are clueless. useless as teats on a boar hog.
my worry is that over time the attacks are worse. i guess the arthritus is
worse. i have ask my mother to let me have one of my fathers walking sticks
to keep around to help when this happens. i'll pick it up around christmas
visit.
