KJ,

Athetoid (often referred to as dystonic) CP, is the involuntary sometimes
writhing movements that some people with CP get. Spastic CP is the jerky or
rigid movements that happen, often with exertion. Some people have only
spastic CP, some have athetoid (or dystonic) CP, and some have mixed CP.

Here's a link that explains athetoid (dystonic) CP

and one that explains spastic CP:

Kendall

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress
depends on the unreasonable man.

-George Bernard Shaw 1856-1950
