Hi,

To give a littel historical background to waht Kathleen has said.

Wicca is one of the ancient Pagan religions. It was practiced from
prehistory until about the 20th century. ( small pockets survived that long
in places like Lativa, Lithuania. For the most part the anicient Pagan
religions existed for well over 30,000 years. In the last thousand years or
so - that where counted backword - the empire builders bagan raiding from
the South and they brought their civilization - war, and male gods.
Eventually - the conquerors beliefs absorbed Pagans. Today's Wicca comes
under the heading of the Neopagan religions - and was reborn thru Gerald
Gardner about 50 years ago. Other ancient Pagan have also under gone a
rebirth - Nordic, Egyptian and Goddess worship. People are steeped in
prejugdice and ignorance and believe the propoganda about Witches and Evil.
History is written by the victors and should always be taken with a grain of
salt. The Wiccan Rede flatly states - you may harm none, and the The
Threefold Law - says whatever you do comes back to you. To be a Witch - is
to accept personal responsibity for your life and your actions.

                                                Blessed Be
                                                    Trisha
