McCAIN IS NOT CAMPAIGNING ON BEING NEW AND IMPROVED. HE IS NOT SAYING "CHANGE" EVERY OTHER WORD. so your point is pretty much mute on McCain. sorry about the caps. i did not notice them. 
  i am afraid his deficits are more than perceived. maybe biden can help him know that russia's invasion of georgia does not threaten the carolinas. tenn, alabama, nor florida. :-)
