In the condo, there isn't a manager. and I will suggest at our next meeting we get door knob cards to put out each morning.   sigh...

How awful, Mag.  So sorry to hear about your neighbor!  We have a sort of a
system here in which our postman looks to make sure the mail's been
collected and all that.  The apartment mgt office also keeps tabs on those
they know are disabled, so they always try to help out.
