    Ahem You all are not not considering the amount of time it takes to
figure out how Haliburton can make a profit off Katrina's aftermast. Once
the Shrub and his cabinet organize for Haliburton's involvment, things wiill
run as smoothly in the "Big Easy" as they do in Iraq!
