Yeah, I do know, as my boss reviews most of the contracts in our county.
Still...sometimes the wheels do get greased...

By the same token, if Cheney no longer has any viable interest in
Halliburton then it certainly would not have been to his advantage to push
for the contract.

Bottom line:  Do you trust any of them?

there is good chance that you will indeed see
clinton/clark ticket.

by the way, haliburton won the job in iraq. their
proposal meeting the request for proposal was simply
the best. i worked 11 years in a contracting office.
you would be very surprised at how hard itis to win a
government contract.
