Everyone:

To highlight the new International Classification of Functioning, Disability
and Health (ICF), the World Health Organization held a photo competition on
"disability and health." The winning photographs are at this site: <A
HREF="http://www3.who.int/icf/photo_gallery/">
http://www3.who.int/icf/photo_gallery/</A>

The photos are from all over the world, and they capture so beautifully that
ability and disability is in the eye of the beholder. Take note of the
photo
"Two Sides" taken by a US photographer. It says a lot about how
environmental factors contribute to disability and isolation.
