In Saint Louis ADAPT is planning an Olmstead vigil at the time of the oral
arguments at the Dred Scott Courthouse, where Dred Scott, a slave, sued to
be a free man and lost!

They also got one of the board members of Nat Assoc of Counties to write
asking them to come off the Olmstead brief!
