All these came through the period of the Burger U.S. Supreme Court and
it's vestiges. This goes all the way back to Jefferson's The Federalist
Papers. The new Supreme Court is eroding all of these laws. Much has to do
with economics. I remember the states rights issues involved in racial
integration. I am for Bush, but some of his "people" really worry me, such as
John Ashcroft. But I reiterate, the economy is Bush's Achille's heel. But if
all the Democrats can put up is Hillary, Kerry and, God forbid, Al Sharpton,
he will be re-elected by a landslide and the "Brethren" will look like the
national committe of the Grand Dragon of the KKK!
