Hi all!!

So thanks to all of you who gave me great info and advice about
the bogus DVDDUNKEY TV outfit. Based on all your information,
yesterday Morning Monday I contacted my bank first thing. They
faxed me a form asking specific details about the transection.
So after filling it out and faxing it back, this morning as I
was checking my account for something totally unrelated to this
matter, to my great surprise and shock there was a refund deposit
in the amount of $85.32. The full cost of my nonexistent DVDS!!

I almost fell headlong out of my chair!! The last thing I
expected was a next day refund after just filling out a simple
form. I assumed before I got even a drop of my money back, my
bank would first go after these clowns whoever and wherever they
are.

So now I'm wondering did the bank take one look at the form I
filled out, and possibly based on information they might have had
already, they just gave me a full refund right then and there?
Even though I have all my money back, will my bank still go after
these jerks for fraud? The last thing I wondered was maybe they
already got busted and that's why after so many Emails back and
forth, I stopped hearing from them altogether? I'm going to hang
on to all the Emails for a while. I'm thinking my bank or
someone somewhere might want them at some point,

So this brings a very happy ending to a very long work day.
Thanks again for all your help!!

Gary
