Janet said she'd have liked to hear more "how" as well; not to sway her
(We'll be happy if he wins if Corbett/Barber doesn't catch fire), but to
sway more of the undecideds. But he gave more detail than I thought he'd be
able to give. It'll be an uphill battle for him to reform the tax code in
the way he proposed. Middle class and small business tax cuts are a good
idea, IMHO (by the real world definition of middle class, not McCain's), but
there isn't an organized lobby representing the "real" middle class, and
large businesses already have entrenched lobbyists.

Kendall

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress
depends on the unreasonable man.

-George Bernard Shaw 1856-1950

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress
depends on the unreasonable man.
