Steve,

I've heard two alternatives for the completion of "fuck 'em" being
 1) "if they can't take a joke," or
 2) "and the horses they rode in on," but never
 3) "and feed 'em fish heads."

Please advise why ought one to feed them fish heads. Also, who they are.

Personally, I don't believe I'd care for fish heads, given that I don't eat any other part of our finny friends, either, but I am curious.
