Spent an hour yesterday @ the top Floor of the Dakota-
which is essentially a high class rabbit warren, though the owners do get what
passes for garages, for apartment dwellers, a  little room, about the size of a
pickup truck bed, across the hall-
looking over a project that includes Leonard Bernstein's old practice studio.

Chris you would love the tile spec'd, $ -30,000 material allowance for 2
bathrooms,
the glazing is already crazed/cracked...
