I thought Mayor Rudy was great until he closed that den of sin "Billys
topless" which did more for tourism @ 6 and 25th than Disney ever did; I mean
it was an instituition for over 30 yrs where a Yahoo out of towner like myself
could stare agape while his wallet was being picked; and actually enjoy
it...............I mean the ...preservation ... issues ,,,,,,,,of course....
and every Fri. nite there was new issues...to hoist  a glass to .... it will
be sadly missed..MD
