Those little anvils are for real. I bought mine in the jewelers'  
district in Boston awhile ago. There they were, for sale along with  
other cunning tools and widgets you'd find on a jewelers' bench. I  
used mine and made stuff that I sold in Greenwich Village. Nope, I  
didn't make roach clips.

In other matters, thanks, L , for your Haiti information and story.  
Another facet of the fullness of members' enterprises.
