Human health and environmental pollution is important, but we cannot ignore
the larger responsibility to society as a whole.  There are so many factors
at play here that we need to balance.

Balance?  It is interesting to note that while lead bashers were installing
new sheet lead flashings at Parliament Hill, there was an Armoury
restoration project going on a few blocks away that entailed lead paint
abatement.  Now if only the Canadian Govt could balance the budget!
