I'm not sure that's true any more. I remember grandpa always telling me:
"Buy the best. It costs less in the long run." But when cost no longer
equals value, it's tough.

Gets even murkier when one's goal is supposed to be striving to be the
low bidder. I guess that makes you the best value to the customer?

I guess you meant Low Price, Quality & Service.

I should have had more coffee before my whine.
