>>Now comes Christopher to ask what the lonely gentleman should do to in
order
to meet and greet eligible bachelorettes. <<

Whenever I find myself on the lonely side of the street, my proven plan to
meet the elegible gals is hanging out at the fabric store.

Pickup line: "Say, would this be good for a shirt? How do you think it would
take a flat-feld seam?"

First date: Thursday night quilters' club.

Second date: Fix the leather belt on her Singer.

Third date: Try on the flannel night-shirt she just made for me.

Long-term hook: all invitations and thank-yous printed in pencil on seam
binding cards sent as postcards in the mail

John (has a closet full of hand made shirts to prove it works) Leeke
