My Dad used to name cats after Greek philosophers. Ruth

Actually, some good thoughts. Just to give y'all some idea how out of it
our cat names get...I used to have a "Scooter Pie" cuz he scooted around
and he was a cute fluffy thing, a "Barnyard" (officially "Bernard", but
when I got him, his name was "Buckwheat", who was a halfbrother I believe
to "Groats" and I thought that was just plain silly), and "Not the Mama" -
that cute little dinosaur with the frying pan on TV in the early 90's, then
"Not the Mama 2", which became "Mama Duece" - both of whom having a few
litters in their days out in the field so they didn't live up to it, and of
course, the aforementioned "Ralph". He just looked like a "Ralph".

The other cats in today's clan are "Gusto Pesto" (I do like pesto,
especially on pasta), "Kunta Kitty" aka "Kuntus Kittius" - yes, she's
mostly black and there's no PC people in our household, "Buster Kitten" aka
Jr. aka June June - I don't think Mr. Pam knows who Buster Keaton was, and
"Cash Register" because she got stuck behind the radiator in the hallway
and I was so flustered I kept calling it the register. I was thinking that
since LWK showed up at our house on July 4th, something befitting the day
would be good, and would REALLY rub it in that Mr. Pam Brit's face, but so
far nothing seems to work in that vein. So, it may end up being LWK when
all is said and done.

- Pam

PS - to add to yesterday's alliteration... flaming feline flatbread fiasco.
