For fans of traditional crafts...

I spent a wonderful day last Saturday in McCray, Georgia with a group of farmers making cane syrup using traditional methods. I took lots of photos and shot a few videos of the process. For you guys up north it will give you a look at what we do down here around the first of December. You can see everything at my web site.
