Actually- since I was awarded my merit badge- if you had one too, you'd know
which one I refer to, I've given up on lead wool & started using mental floss.

Personally- I would never hang a clg in the basement- can't think of a surer way
to cause a leak or short-
but have always wanted to spray "Bin" or "Kilz" or some other shellac alcohol
based stain killer right over the spider webs @ the joists, blocking & sub floor-
real fast before I get as high as US Grant chugging the worm in a Mexican cave or
someone get's in the shower, triggers the hot water heater pilot and sends kith &
kin to that great Appomatax in the sky-
that ought to brighten up the basement an 800 ft skylight.
