I've had alot of problems with one or two users from msn.com (sp).  It
seems that originally the site set it up so it'd be [log in to unmask] or
[log in to unmask] and then reversed it.  When they email check their
return address and then compare it to the way they are subscribed on your
list,  What I've done is subscribe them both ways.  If they were getting
the list, set the new one to nomail.  If they were not, delete the old
one.
