Many years ago we were contacted by the Strategic Air Command. They
were looking for a fast setting runway patch that could be used to
fill bomb craters at temperatures down to 20 below zero and that would
be ready for use in 20 minutes. I suggested they use 34 degree water.
Needless to say we never heard from them again.
