Many times it did, I wouldn't say EVERY time as there are always those
exceptions, but there were many success stories.  After a while he got the
appropriate candidate population of this small, rural area taken care of
and moved back to Washington, DC to continue his research.  I don't know if
he is still in practice or not, probably not, as that was more than 30
years ago.  Ruth
