Ralph, Ralph, Ralph  -  first, let's conduct business of interest to no one
else privately, so we don't clutter up the landscape.  Second, when you quote
my messages, how about eliminating the page breaks and other chaff, so that
the message is condensed and easier to read.  Third, forget documents of
Babb, Cook and Willard, there is no notable source for their records - they
don't even have wax cylinders!!
