I'll vouch for these folks.  They were able to identify the mfr. of my
bathroom wall tiles (Mosiac Tile Co., Zanesville, OH) from the symbol on the
back, and were also helpful in advising how to treat the nasty grotey icky
slimey yucky thin grout joints between them.
