Pat,

Yes, relative to the amount of communication that occurs it is $ frugal.
Problem is the cost is in the abundance. I think Norman will be a good
counter to Mr. Edison. Considering Norman & I only tend to meet when we are
both out of NYC it makes sense to meet on BP. Looks like we will be sending
two people to the Restore class this year, one of them Jahn certified.

I've been having an interesting back channel discussion w/ Larry Riddle. I
look forward to the three of us meeting in NYC in future to discuss the
brownstone market.
