The quote was probably from one of my OHJ articles. Sorry. Of course, as a
tradesperson I, too, cringe when the schedule is paramount. This is why I
wrote the article for OHJ on maintenance programming and how to look further
forward that householders usually do. (Controlling Old-House Maintenance,
july 1993) The reader response to this article was amazing. Usually I'll get
2 or 3 calls in the first month after an article is printed. On this article
I got 37 calls. Scheduling strikes fear in the hearts of householders too.
Since that article came out 30 of those 37 callers have hired me to help
them with maintenance programming. Fear: one of the greatest motivators and
marketing tools of all time.

Mike: I'm thinking you are in England. Is OHJ extensively read there? Also,
thanks for the pantile info.
