It is true, you live on a pile of sand. Why don't you head up to the north
shore? The glacier that formed Long Island, left all of the Canadian
boulders and rocks up there.

Long Island has been much bad-mouthed over the years. Would Gotham exist
without her? I think the early Dutch settlers of NY imagined the future.
They saw the bedrock of Manhattan as good foundation and the sand of ole
L.I. as a great source for aggregate.
