Lisa,
Great way to store info.  I used a similar system for a while, but
unfortunately, got too lazy to keep up with the plastic sleeves, 3 hole
punching and retitling the binder end.  Stuffing into the back of open folders
just seemed quicker.  I do find that I use the binders for info I use most
often.  Its much easier to grab a binder off the shelf and not have loose
papers getting out of sequence or end up in the "to be filed" pile again.
