"FLAT GRASS MARKERS These monuments do not require concrete foundation and
are usually set flush with the ground. BEVEL MARKERS These may require a
foundation depending on each cemetery's guidelines. They are about 6" thick
at the top and taper off to 3" thick at the bottom. SLANT MEMORIALS These
memorials are not always allowed in all cemeteries. They are thicker at the
bottom and taper towards the top. UPRIGHT MEMORIALS Uprights come in many
shapes, both standard and custom. They are usually 6" or 8" thick, placed on
a base stone and then on a 4 to 5 ft. deep foundation. FAMILY MEMORIALS These
monuments can be whatever size and shape meet your needs as per the rules of
your cemetery. These memorials allow for many names and specific information
for each person. FLAT BRONZE MARKERS In some cemeteries, these are mandatory.
There is a wide assortment to choose from and some come with a flower vase."
