Some of the glass @ my garage doors are held in this way as well, my
experience is that in removing the broken glass or in the act of
throwing a baseball, basketball or lacrosse ball through the pane the
molded side was broken and as long as I was running up repalcement stock
and since I don't know where the hell the glazing putty let alone hte
points is and what the hell just cut off the molding and repalce it all....
