It's because you're so midwestern.

Now that I've attempted to insult you, I have a question: what records are
there of Babb, Cook and Willard?  We know they did an estate out here in
Summit (which yours truly restored, partly) but there's a suspiciously
well-designed, but small, house, with some of the same details, about a mile
away. Could be a house for the staff or something, or maybe just a rental
property, but I figure it's too good to be local.
