As I remember, the whole Shingle Style/Colonial Revival movement came from a
tour The Boys of MM&W took through New England in the (late?) '70's.  Chris
woulda cried his eyes out, no doubt, if he'd been along on that one.   He
might've been able to display his double-hungness, too.
