Doncha love those old newspapers, the ones with REAL news in them?  I have
boxes of them that I am slowly going through and transcribing items of

Nude Woman found murdered
in Creek

The body of a nude woman was found yesterday upside down with her head in
the creek . She was dicovered by two boys playing about 600 yrd from the
bridge
authorites found her clothes nearby at the top of the embankment .Her
indentidy is unknown ;She was stout yet very attractive and appeared to be
about 35 years of age and had a large bruise to the nape of her neck. She
was wearing one piece of jewlrey ; a ring ; which had three stones that had
been removed .Two men who live on the creek were being held in for
questioning ..(.here the article  gets moth eaten  but if I find any
updates I will keep you informed   you never know as I still have one more
dresser to clean out  ...Py
