I am also smoted opon approching my home , mostly by the spousal or various
bitternippers even the cats. Sorry I missed the paint failure, Did you not
remove oil? Well I'm supposed to be finishing the kitchen, thats only one

This is good news.  I've shared it with the spousal unit...it's good to know
that somewhere else out there, lay sash not installed.  You have helped to
rehabilitate me into somewhat better standing around the homestead....

Roof material is [now] rusting standing seam terne metal.  An earlier thread
in the archives discusses the failure of my paint film from the luscious
beautimous forest green you see in the photo into the hideous blotchy faded
pustulescence that now smotes me each time I approach my domicile.

That starts to get fixed this week, based upon Brian's specifications.  I've
hired that one out.  I know my limits.  May 1.

My sash have only been out 2 years. They are mostly original,  over 100
years old. Do take the time and back putty, it's worth it. The house is a
beauty, what is the roof material?
