Everywhere I walk I see brownstone rowhouses begin restuccoed - "like new".
To me, the flaking, peeling real stone is the beautiful thing, not the opaque
cementitious repairs.

Has anyone noticed a brownstone owner who has purposefully kept the real
stuff?
