Cuz Gray,

I'm curious about this phenom you mention. COD previously said Raleigh, NC is
inundated w/ shopping malls. Heard on CNN this morning that world population
has doubled since 1960. I know of a fellow buying up thousands of acres in
the Adirondacks w/ idea to live in the middle and avoid neighbors. So, if
land is cheap relative to another location it gets an EIFS mall built on it?
