Dear friends;
                     I recently discovered 10 years or more of well
preserved newspapers in a hidden closet at my Grandfathers house.....from
what I see it is the entire second war going back into the 30's ..all in
compression all in fair condition

I have the responsibility of recovering the papers as none of the family
wants the responsibility or the cost

My goal is to scan them onto cd....I have a budget for this although meager
I do not have to mush time to act as the newspapers had to be moved
so they now want to decay quickly( in plastic bins)
but I have no idea as to what technology is available for me to do this

A: I think I need a large format scanner (must be news paper size and
readable)
 I considered photo but that seems to be very expensive ...I would like
advice and help in what to do? The papers are the sun and the telegraph the
old Post and trib they cover architecture trains planes and the 2nd war many
with pictures.
   I would appreciate anyone contacting me who may have experience in
this...Michael
