Absolutely! We've talked about how to keep a historic district a living
thing -- a place where people live and work and have a normal life amid the
historic buildings. Installing engineering and communications equipment in a
HD doesn't bother me as much as replacing a historic building with newly
constructed dryvit. Technology is changing so much, cell towers will be
superceded by something else soon enough.
